Ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience—clear communication, structured feedback loops, and timely decisions. Drive closure discipline: proactive follow-ups, counter-offer handling, and joining assurance for critical roles. 4) Recruitment Operations & Metrics Track and report key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-offer, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, stage-wise conversion, and pipeline health. Build simple weekly dashboards for leadership, highlighting bottlenecks and recommendations. Maintain clean documentation, scorecards, and interview feedback for process consistency and future audits. 5) Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement Partner with marketing/leadership to strengthen MNS’s employer brand across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, communities). Execution Mindset: High ownership, structured problem solving, comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities. Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, spreadsheets/dashboards, and modern sourcing tools.
