Job Scope: Professionally manage and head the recruitment function that enables DHL to continuously improve the quality of staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future. Support the regional HR Manager and Director - HR to drive talent attracting initiatives across the country in support of current and long-term business objectives and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the talent acquisition function at the corporate and regional levels. Develop a good understanding of vacancies and support business managers to find appropriate fits within stipulated timeframes. Manage & drive the DEIB initiative for the country. Represent India from TA perspective amongst the APAC regions Manage exit interviews and provide feedback to internal customers and stakeholders. Create appropriate role profiles/job descriptions in discussion with business managers and share them with required recruitment sources. Ensure that employee selection and appointments are carried out in a structured and systematic manner to meet HR policy, local legislation, and cost-effectiveness requirements. Monitor and manage selection methodologies, such as structured interviews and behavioral-based questions.
