This is not a back-office sourcing role; you will be deeply involved in client engagement, headhunting passive candidates, and closing senior-level mandates within the Mumbai financial corridor.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment LifecycleSourcing & Headhunting: Proactively identify, engage, and attract passive candidates for high-priority roles (RM, Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager, Equity Dealer) using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and personal networks.Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess not just technical fit (knowledge of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds) but also the candidate’s client-acquisition capability and cultural alignment.Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to clients (Heads of HR and Business Heads). Consult them on market trends, salary benchmarks, and realistic talent availability in the Mumbai market.Offer Management & Negotiation: Manage the offer process end-to-end, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and closing candidates effectively against competing offers.2. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate journey, from the first connect on Naukri/LinkedIn to onboarding.Build a strong pipeline of passive talent for future requirements in the Mumbai BFSI corridor.What We Are Looking ForThe Non-Negotiables:Experience: 2–7 years of recruitment experience exclusively in the BFSI domain (specifically Wealth Management, Broking, Private Banking, or Asset Management).Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of wealth products and the nuances of hiring for HNI/UHNI client management roles. You should know the difference between a Relationship Manager at a Bank and an Investment Advisor at a Boutique Firm.Local Network: You must possess a strong network within the Mumbai financial ecosystem and be comfortable with high-volume headhunting.
