We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Recruiting, training, coaching team members of the inside sales team. Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions. Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue. Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales. Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions. Regularly evaluating the performance of the inside sales team. Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales. Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed. Addressing and resolving customer complaints. Requirements : Background: You have 4+ years of inside sales or business development experience, particularly in a SaaS software or educational technology industry capacity. You're motivated and hungry. We're a startup, so you need to be comfortable working autonomously, establishing and recommending sales process improvements, creatively problem solving, and setting and attaining goals. Industry Experience: Past experience working with EdTech industry and specifically with CMS systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Moodle is a plus. Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Virtual Classroom experience is an added bonus Creative: Tailoring the right solution for a variety of small business owners.
