Responsibilities Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration with state and district officials, health facilities, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.Support the projects in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including logistical arrangements and participant coordination. Program Implementation: Assist in the planning and execution of project activities, such as training programs for Rapid Response Teams (RRTs), community-based surveillance enhancements, and biosafety protocol implementations.Monitor the progress of activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and reporting on key performance indicators. Data Management and Reporting: Collect and manage data related to outbreak responses, laboratory confirmations, and community surveillance efforts.Prepare regular reports in coordination with the project team and other stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission. Logistical Support: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, simulations, and field visits, including venue arrangements, materials, and participant management.Ensure the timely procurement and distribution of necessary resources and equipment for project activities. Community Engagement: Support community-based surveillance efforts and trainings of health workers on active surveillance and early outbreak detection.Assist in the development and dissemination of risk communication materials to educate communities on preventing zoonotic disease spillovers. Additional Duties: Perform or assume other duties as assigned by the supervisor to achieve the project goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor in Arts/ Commerce/ Social Sciences/ Social Work/ Public Health with Masters in any relevant discipline is essential. Diploma/Bachelors in Statistics, Computer Application, Demography or Data analytics will be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in programmatic, administrative and data support function.
