The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT contract hiring, a deep understanding of current market trends, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.Understand job requirements thoroughly and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels (Job portals, LinkedIn, Networking, Referrals, etc.).Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and ensure timely feedback.Negotiate contract terms, salaries, and notice periods with candidates.Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide quick turnarounds.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled IT professionals for ongoing and future requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT contract staffing/C2H hiring.Strong understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and terminologies.Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.Prior experience working with staffing firms or recruitment consultancies is preferred.Preferred:Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference.Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale IT projects is a plus.PLEASE APPLY WITH JOB REF.
