Role Overview:The Project Coordinator at Living Timeless ensures smooth execution of modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior projects — from client confirmation to final installation.This role bridges design, production, site execution, and client communication to keep timelines tight, reduce errors, and maintain premium project delivery.This is an execution-focused role, not just administration.Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution & CoordinationManage project timelines from design freeze → production → dispatch → installation.Coordinate between:Design teamFactory/productionVendors & installersSales teamTrack milestones and ensure zero delays.2. Client CommunicationAct as the operational point of contact after project confirmation.Update clients on progress, delivery timelines, and installation schedules.Maintain a calm, solution-driven approach when handling issues.3. Production & Site AlignmentEnsure BOQs, drawings, and specifications are aligned before production.Coordinate site measurements, revisions, and delivery logistics.Identify risks early (design mismatch, site readiness, delays).4. Quality & Process ControlMaintain project documentation and checklists.Ensure minimal rework and maintain LT’s premium finishing standards.Monitor vendor performance and installation quality.5. Reporting & TrackingMaintain project tracker (status, delays, payments, delivery).Provide weekly updates to management.Flag bottlenecks proactively.Required SkillsStrong coordination & follow-up ability.Understanding of interior/modular furniture workflows.Organised, detail-oriented mindset.Clear communication (Hindi + English; Marathi is a plus).Comfortable using CRM/project tools (Excel, Notion, or similar)Peferred BackgroundExperience in modular kitchen, interiors, furniture manufacturing, or construction coordination.Exposure to site execution or installation processes.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
