Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support the New Product Development (NPD) function across both FMCG and Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) categories. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end product development processes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Support the NPD team in managing ongoing projects across FMCG and FnV categoriesTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedulesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Supply ChainAssist in maintaining documentation, product specifications, and project trackersSupport sample coordination, vendor follow-ups, and internal reviewsCompile data, prepare presentations, and assist in project reportingHelp streamline day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow within the NPD functionAssist in market research and competitive benchmarking as requiredQualifications & Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skillsGood analytical and problem-solving abilityProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong communication and coordination skillsAbility to multitask and work in a dynamic environmentWhat You’ll Gain Practical exposure to end-to-end product development across FMCG and FnVCross-functional learning experienceOpportunity to work closely with business and operations teamsReal-time experience in managing structured NPD processes
