Real outcomes are built through strong portfolio support — and thoughtful exits.We are looking for a *Portfolio Manager* who will help drive performance across the portfolio *with a clear focus on follow-ons, secondaries, and exits.**What this role will do** Work closely with founders to track growth, governance, and key milestones* Build clear portfolio insights and reporting for investors and LPs* Identify exit pathways — secondaries, strategic sales, M&A, and liquidity events* Support companies through fundraising, follow-on rounds, and exit preparation* Maintain strong relationships with acquirers, growth funds, and ecosystem partners* Strengthen internal portfolio tracking and exit readiness processes*Who this role is for** Strong understanding of startup lifecycle — from investment to exit* Experience in venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, consulting, or startup strategy* Comfortable with data, financial analysis, and founder conversations* Ability to balance long-term value creation with liquidity outcomes* Clear communicator with founders and investorsQualification: CA / CFA (All Levels), MBA FinanceLocation: Mumbai / Bangalore*Why this role matters*Capital is deployed at entry.Value is realised at exit.This role will help shape how LVX builds disciplined pathways to liquidity while supporting founders through growth.
