Role SummaryWe are looking for a Project Manager who will play a critical role across Government Business Development, project execution, and operations. This role requires strong on-ground execution, stakeholder management with government bodies, and the ability to translate contracts and proposals into smoothly run operations.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across government stakeholders, internal teams, and field operations.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with government bodies, PSUs, and public-sector stakeholders.- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and track execution rigorously- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Finance, Legal, Vendors)- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges early and drive solutions- Ensure timely delivery as per contractual and operational commitments- Oversee on-ground operational readiness and ongoing execution- Handle escalations, issue resolution, and coordination with stakeholdersStakeholder Management- Act as the primary point of contact for government counterparts during execution.- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.- Prepare and share regular project and operational status updatesWhat We're Looking For- 5-10 years of experience in Project Management / Government BD / Operations- Prior experience preferred working with government bodies, tenders, or public-sector projects- Excellent communication and relationship management skills- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced, execution-heavy environments- High ownership, strong follow-up, and problem-solving mindset- Willingness to travel and work on-ground as requiredWhy Join Us- Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact projects- High visibility role with exposure across BD, execution, and operations- Chance to shape and scale projects from scratch- Work in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization
