Job Description Vytal Controls Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to design, manufacturing, supply & provide after sales service for control valves, safety valves, Desuperheater, PRS, PRDS and other industrial valves. Our complete product range is tailor made and serves different industries like Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Sugar, Paper etc.. Our factory is based at Kubadthal Village, Ta: Dascroi, Ahmedabad and corporate office is on S. G. Highway, Near Rajpath Club, Ahmedabad. Location of this job is at factory. We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented  Design Engineer  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product design lifecycle—from initial concept and prototyping to testing and final manufacturing. You will bridge the gap between creative design and technical feasibility, ensuring our products are safe, efficient, and cost-effective while meeting rigorous industry standards. Responsibilities: Create detailed design concepts using CAD software (2D drafting and 3D modelling) based on client specifications and market requirements. Coordination with third party for simulation and other design related analysis. Oversee the production of designed product, physical testing to validate design functionality. Review and modify existing designs to improve performance, reduce costs, or resolve manufacturing issues. Evaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to ensure durability and cost-efficiency. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly instructions, and technical specifications Liaise with different departments (such as procurement, engineering, production and sales) to ensure smooth coordination of production activities and to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of design & detailed engineering. Analyse production costs and make recommendations for reducing waste, improving efficiency, and lowering overall production costs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Freshers are preferable. Knowledge of CAD software is must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
