Job Title: Manager – Marketing Communications (Marcom) CTC - 6-8 LPA Company: QuickClean Laundry System Location: Gurgaon Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer Role Ove r view QuickClean is looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Manager – Marketing Communications (Marcom) to lead the company’s marketing communication, brand narrative, and digital presence. As QuickClean continues to scale its business and strengthen its market positioning, this role will play a critical part in shaping how the brand communicates with key stakeholders — clients, partners, industry, and tlent. The role will own end-to-end marketing communication across content, brand, website, and campaigns, ensuring consistent storytelling, strong brand recall, and measurable busi ness mpact. Key Responsbilities • Own and drive QuickClean’s brand voice, positioning, and overall com municatio strategy • Develop high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, impact reports, sales decks, and co rporate comunication • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all commun ication andtouchpoints • Translate business strategy into clear, compelling , and impactul messaging • Drive content strategy and storytelling across LinkedIn, website, industry pla tforms, PR, ad newsletters • Build a strong narrative around sustainability, innovation, and QuickClean’s impact (including ReWeave and circulariy initiatives) • Manage content calendar and coordi nate with interal stakeholders • Support employer b randing and leadrship visibility • Own QuickClean’s website s trategy, structur, and performance • Manage website updates, SEO, UX improvements, nd content refresh • Coordinate with developers and age ncies for enhancemets and integrations • Ensure the website reflects services , brand strength, crdibility, and impact • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns aligned wih business priorities • Create communication for launches, partnerships, expansin, and key initiatives • Support sales and busin ess teams with high-impct communication assets • Track campaign effectiveness and continously optimize messaging • Work closely with Founder’ s Office, Strategy, Sales and Sustainability teams • Manage external part ners (design, web, content PR, and digital agencies) • Ensure quality, consistency, a nd timely execution acros sall marketing communicatio Key Skills & Capabilities The ideal candidate should be a full-stack Marcom professional who understands both communication strateg and modern digital execuion.
