Job Description

We are looking for a curious, creative and hands‑on Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for a recent communications or media graduate who is interested in human resources and storytelling, and who enjoys creating content that brings a workplace culture to life.You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ideate, create and execute employer branding content across platforms such as LinkedIn, internal channels and events. The role involves strong exposure to video content, social media storytelling and on‑ground execution.ResponsibilitiesConceptualise and create employer branding content that showcases our people, culture, leadership and career opportunitiesSupport end‑to‑end execution of content for LinkedIn and other employer branding channels, including posts, short videos and campaign creativesAssist in planning and executing video shoots, including scripting, coordination with videographers, basic filming and post‑production inputsWork closely with internal stakeholders across HR, communications and business teams to gather stories and content ideasHelp manage content calendars, thematic campaigns and special moments (e.g. leadership events, DEI initiatives, employee stories)Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers and vendors for content creation and campaigns when requiredTrack basic engagement metrics and support reporting on content performanceQualificationsA recent graduate in Communications, Media, Journalism, Marketing or a related fieldRequired SkillsStrong interest in human resources, culture and employer brandingComfortable with video content — from ideation to execution (you don’t need to be a professional editor, but should enjoy working with video)Good writing and storytelling skills, with an understanding of social media tone and formatsOrganized, proactive and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholdersBasic familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (LinkedIn especially)Preferred SkillsWhat you will gainHands‑on experience building an employer brand at scaleExposure to senior leaders, culture initiatives and large‑scale HR programsA strong portfolio of real employer branding and video contentThe opportunity to grow at the intersection of HR, communications and digital storytelling
