Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Assist in tracking AOP performance for the eyewear category-sales, margins, inventoryPrepare reports and dashboards for Finance, Category, and Leadership reviewsHelp identify gaps vs plan and support corrective action planning2. Demand Forecasting & Buying SupportAnalyze sales trends and assist in demand forecastingSupport the creation and maintenance of OTBs (Open to Buy) across categoriesHelp prepare buying recommendations for repeat and new SKUs in collaboration with senior planners3. Inventory Management & TrackingMonitor stock levels, aging, and replenishment cyclesSupport rolling inventory plans aligned to sales and marketing calendarsTrack key metrics like DOH (Days on Hand), stock cover, and availabilityCoordinate with Supply Chain teams to ensure stock alignment4. Analytics & ReportingBuild weekly/monthly reporting on sales, stock health, OTB, and category performanceCreate dashboards and insights using Excel and internal toolsSupport leadership reviews with data prep and analysisWhat We are Looking For 0–2 years of experience in Planning, Buying, Inventory, Analytics, or a related field (Retail / E-commerce / FMCG preferred)Strong analytical mindset with attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)Comfortable working with large data setsEagerness to learn and take ownershipPrior internship or project experience in retail/planning is a plus Why Lenskart?We are not just a global eyewear leader.
