Roles & Responsibilities   Your key responsibilities will include:   - Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.   - Conducting market research to identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights.   - Managing, analyzing, and integrating data from various sources, - Creating engaging and relevant content for the company’s website and social media platforms.   - Collaborating with sales teams to develop and enhance customer engagement strategies.   - Monitoring performance and recommending improvements to boost visibility.   - Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and ROI, maintaining reports for management.   - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging digital technologies to recommend innovative approaches.   Mandatory Requirements   To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:   - A minimum of 5  plus years’ experience in digital marketing and Oracle development.   - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media).   - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and perform under tight deadlines.   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
