Position: Merchandising Manager – MBO / SIS Location: Delhi | Fashion Retail---- Strong brands win inside partner stores through sharper assortments and faster decisions.BHPC is strengthening its channel merchandising team and hiring aMerchandising Manager – MBO/SIS , based inDelhi , to drive sell-out excellence across leading department stores and multi-brand environments.About the Organisation A global lifestyle brand expanding rapidly in India, with increasing presence across large format retail partners and shop-in-shop networks.The Role You will own merchandising performance across partner doors, ensuring the right mix, right depth, and right replenishment to maximize sell-through and productivity.Scope & Responsibilities Channel Planning • Build partner-specific assortment grids • Map SKU depth based on space allocation • Create differentiated mixes for Tier 1 vs Tier 2 storesSell-Out Trading • Monitor weekly sell-through and ROS • Identify winners and chase replenishment • Cut or swap slow movers quickly • Track promo uplift and post-promo performanceAllocation & Stock Flow • Plan initial allocations for new launches • Manage replenishment triggers and thresholds • Ensure correct size and color depthRetail Partner Management • Work with partner buying teams for space, drops, and display • Negotiate replenishment frequency • Support SIS launches and expansionsInventory Health • Manage ageing and slow-moving SKUs • Plan markdowns and exits • Minimize returns and write-offsReporting & Insights • Maintain door-level dashboards • Analyze productivity per sq ft • Recommend assortment shifts and SKU rationalisationExperience 6–10 years MBO/SIS merchandising Strong Excel + analytics High field involvementWhat You Get Ownership of national key accounts High business visibility Fast decision authorityEmail to: recruitment@
