About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Software Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end program delivery, manage cross-functional technical teams, and ensure high-quality, timely outcomes for business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of delivery management, technical depth, and stakeholder leadership, with experience in digital transformation, cloud, and data-driven programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Leadership:Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software programs across domains.Ensure timely execution, governance, and quality outcomes across parallel projects.Own program/project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.Technical & Program Management:Provide technical guidance to teams on architecture, tools, and best practices (.NET, Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data/AI solutions).Drive adoption of modern SDLC practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA engineering.Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance efficiency.Stakeholder & Client Engagement:Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.Collaborate with presales and solutioning teams on proposals, RFP responses, and solution roadmaps.Deliver regular program updates, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Team & People Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across geographies.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Conduct hiring, training, and performance management for delivery teams.Required Skills & Experience7–15 years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or software engineering leadership.Proven track record of managing large-scale technical programs across industries such as BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, Retail, or Digital Platforms.Expertise in.NET (C#, Core, Web API, Entity Framework) Proficiency in design patterns, microservices architecture, API design, and system integration.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), modern architectures (Microservices, APIs), and emerging tech (AI/ML, Analytics, RPA).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Rally, Confluence).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation and client-facing skills.PMP/CSM/SAFe Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
