Visual Merchandising Intern Location: PuneDuration: 3–6 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy Visual Merchandising Intern to help elevate the retail experience across our Cult stores in Pune.This role involves frequent travel between our various store locations across Pune.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Aesthetics: Execute floor layouts and window displays according to brand guidelines.Merchandise Presentation: Manage mannequin styling, wall displays, and focal points, specifically for athleisure and footwear.Inventory Flow: Ensure new launches (Activewear, Sports Shoes, Accessories) are highlighted effectively on the floor.Audit & Maintenance: Visit different Cult store locations in Pune to ensure consistency in VM standards and fix any display lapses.Design Support: Assist in creating localized signage or promotional mock-ups using design software.RequirementsEducational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Communication, Retail Design, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design.Industry Interest: A deep passion for the athleisure and sports industry.
