Support the Founder in planning and executing strategic initiatives Track Founder-led projects, action items, and timelines to ensure closure Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations, Projects, Sales) Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and review decks Attend leadership meetings, document Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) , and follow up on decisions Conduct business, market, and competitor analysis as required Support process improvements and organizational initiatives Handle confidential, sensitive, and time-critical assignments Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and internal stakeholders
