Job Purpose & RoleProvide personal assistance to the leaders and ensure smooth functioning of the residence.Key Activities & ExpectationsManage calendars to accurately assess availability.Manage / host guests & customers as per need.Process communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries.Over-all administrative in-charge for smooth functioning of the residence including but not limited to security, kitchen, house-keeping, gardening, drivers etc.Responsible for contract management of deliverables for smooth functioning.Responsible for upkeep and smooth functioning of the vehicle fleet.Assist with special projects as required in a support capacity.Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.Communicate across offices as needed and ensure coordination.Skills requiredGood communication & interpersonal skills.Familiarity with common office software.Self-starter personality and intellectual curiosity.Comfortable to work with top-level managerial staff
