The role is based in Gandhinagar, with an opportunity for partial work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include performing space planning, creating innovative interior design concepts, preparing construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with clients and teams to develop architectural designs. The role also involves ensuring designs align with client needs, budget, industry standards, and project timelines.Qualifications- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. - Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop detailed design plans and documents. - Knowledge of FF&E selection and specification to ensure high-quality and cohesive design solutions. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools, is highly desirable. - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. - Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. - Understanding of local building codes and industry standards is a plus.
