Job Scope:This job role supports on the day-to-day full spectrum human resources services for the location and acts as the HR business partner to provide excellent human resources services to the corporate office.Job Responsibilities:Recruitment:- Understanding and Analysing the Requirements. - Have the Job Description & job specification. in place - Posting in portal and other sources of recruitment, compile resumes - Application Screening and Preliminary interviews - Schedule interview and arrange for other selection criteria with respective Line Managers and HODs - Compile the interview assessments. Shortlist the candidate.Effective On-boarding- Prepare offer & Appointment Letters. - Joining Formalities; Comprehensive Documentation including Police verification & reference check. - Creating employee muster and Personnel files, consolidate all the required documents for statutory benefits such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity - Employee Induction: Preparation of Induction as per the position/profile, schedule, and coordinate with respective departments for induction and the orientation of the employees. - Issuance of employee ID, opening of Bank account. - Bio-Metric registration - Probationary Period administration, follow up on assessment and provide letters, update in the HRMS - People services: Exit formalities: Create employee separation and obtain approved resignation letter, Issue relieving letters to separated employees. - Monitor employee attendance, issue disciplinary letter for absenteeism. - Employee Discipline- Record the incident report and initiate disciplinary process in coordination with the concern department. - Admin support. - Responsible for the employee ID administration - Responsible for the uniform stock and new uniform order and distributionJob Requirements:- Degree holder on related discipline - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the human resources & Administration including employees Transport, Uniform, Employee Engagement preferably in sizeable Company. - Pro-active, resourceful, service-oriented, detailed mind, exceptional interpersonal and communications skills - Proficient in MS Office application. - Good command of spoken and written English, and regional languages.
