PURPOSE Thissenior,technical expert roleis responsible fordesigning, building, and managingthe advancedanalytics solutions that power strategic HR decision-making. The position holder will act as a lead developer and internal consultant, translating complex, ambiguous business needs from senior People Team leaders into sophisticated, scalable insights using theMicrosoft Fabric ,Power BI ecosystemas well as other Power Platforms. This role requiresend-to-end ownership of the analytics project lifecyclefrom strategic need-finding and solution architecture to development, execution, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a deeply technical data professional withstrongproject management discipline who will also champion the team's automation and AI capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Project Leadership: Own and manage the full lifecycle of complex analytics projects. This includes leading discovery and need-finding sessions, defining project scope and intake, architecting the technical solution, managing execution timelines, and delivering high-impact solutions that drive continuous improvement. Data Architecture & Engineering: Design, develop, andmaintainrobust, scalable data models and dataflows within the Microsoft Fabric environment (e.g.,OneLake, Data Factory, Data Warehousing). Ensure data architecture isoptimizedfor performance, reliability, and consumption in Power BI.Knowledge of Git is a plus. Advanced Analytics & BI Development: Act as the lead technical developer for critical Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models. Author andoptimizecomplex DAX, implement advanced data visualizations, and ensure solutions provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Business Translation & Consultation: Serve as a primary technical consultant to People Team stakeholders. Proactively analyze business challenges, translate ambiguous requirements into precise technical specifications, and present data-driven insights to senior audiences in a clear, compelling manner. Automation & Innovation: Proactivelyidentifyand develop automation solutions for People Team processes usingPower Automate andPower Apps to drive efficiency and data quality. AI & Copilot Development: Actively explore and champion the integration of AI tools. A significant plus includes experience in developing or extendingMicrosoft Copilot functionalities to enhance HR insights and user experience. Technical Mentorship & Governance: Establishand enforce development best practices, data governance standards, and documentation. Mentor junior team members on technical skills and analytic best practices. Qualifications EXPERIENCE 5-7+ yearsof progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Proven, expert-levelproficiencyin Power BI , including advanced data modeling, complex DAX authoring, and report performance optimization.Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Microsoft Fabric developer , with strong knowledge of its core components (e.g., Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse/Warehouse,DirectLakemode).Verifiable experience in full-cycle project management , successfully leading technical projects frominitialrequirements-gathering (need-finding, intake) through to final delivery and iteration.Demonstrated experience translating complex and ambiguous business problems into clear, scalable, and insightful technical solutions.Significant Advantage: Proven experience developing solutions usingPower Apps andPower Automate .Big Plus: Experience with HR data (e.g., HCM systems like Workday, Oracle) and building people-centric analytics.Big Plus: Experience inCopilot development , generative AI, or related large language model (LLM) integration.PROFESSION COMPETENCIES Advanced Data Modeling & ArchitectureStrategic Insight & ConsultationSenior Stakeholder Management & InfluenceFull-Lifecycle Project Leadership (Expert Level)Technical Solution Design (Fabric/PBI)Deep Business AcumenAutomation & Process Engineering (Power Platform)Coaching & Technical MentorshipExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.CORE COMPETENCIES Adhering to Principles & ValuesCommunicationCreating & InnovatingCustomer FocusImpact & InfluenceLeading ExecutionResults OrientationTeamworkEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.Strongly Preferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst, Power Platform).A Plus: Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster), GitWHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
