Platonix is hiring a Senior Content Partner Acquisition Lead (India) to build our high-trust ecosystem of spiritual teachers and creators ahead of our 2026 launch. We bring together trusted teachers, practitioners, and creators to deliver structured spiritual learning through interactive video experiences, live events, and AI-guided journeys, helping users build consistent practice, clarity, and inner growth.Our partnership model is built on a clear principle: Content Partners lead with their expertise, and Platonix enables scale. CPs propose the topics and event formats they are best positioned to deliver, ensuring complete buy-in and integrity of teaching. Platonix provides the platform infrastructure, onboarding support, publishing tools, event enablement, and experience design—so CPs can focus on delivering meaningful sessions, while we ensure quality, consistency, and a strong user experience.Location: India (Remote; travel as required)Role SummaryOwn the India CP acquisition strategy end-to-end: partner segmentation, pipeline build, negotiation, onboarding standards, and CP activation into recurring events and content. You will deliver measurable growth through a high-quality partner roster and a consistent event calendar.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)- Defined CP acquisition strategy by category/city/persona and created an acquisition playbook. - Built a qualified pipeline with predictable conversion stages. - Closed and launched a cohort of CPs who run events and publish content. - Established performance dashboards and a CP activation framework.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Targeting- Define priority CP categories (e.g., yoga, meditation, Vedanta, breathwork, mental fitness, parenting). - Set acquisition targets by month and manage the forecast.Deal Ownership- Lead discovery calls and partnership positioning with a consultative approach. - Negotiate commercial terms (rev share, event economics, exclusivity where relevant). - Ensure agreements, compliance, and partner documentation are complete.Activation & Event-Led Growth- Implement a structured “Launch-to-First-Event” process. - Ensure CPs select their own topics and event formats (with platform guidance) to maximise buy-in. - Improve repeat event cadence and content publishing consistency.Team & Process Leadership- Build and manage a small acquisition function (associate(s)/interns as needed). - Create SOPs: sourcing, qualification, contracting, onboarding, event listing, partner success handoff. - Partner with marketing to design CP promotional toolkits and performance loops.Performance Management- Track CP quality and outcomes: audience conversion, retention, repeat events, content engagement. - Identify failing points in the funnel and implement fixes quickly.Must-Have Skills- 6–10 years in partnerships/BD/creator partnerships/marketplace growth. - Strong negotiation ability and commercial judgement. - Experience building funnels, playbooks, and operational processes. - Comfortable with data-driven management and cross-functional execution.KPIs- Signed CPs/month (quality-weighted) - Go-live rate and time-to-first-event - Repeat event rate within 60 days - CP content publishing cadence - Audience conversion per CP (registrations/sign-ups/retention) - Funnel conversion rates and forecast accuracyCompensation Guidance- Fixed + Variable linked to: signed CPs, CP activation milestones, repeat-event metrics, and conversion outcomes.
