The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in selling holiday packages, managing targets, and converting leads over calls and WhatsApp while ensuring consistent follow-ups and closures.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue·Drive sales for holiday and tour packages through inbound and outbound leads·Personally handle high-value or complex customer closures when required·Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure team achievementTeam Management·Manage, mentor, and motivate inside sales executives·Conduct daily huddles, call reviews, and performance tracking·Train new hires on product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, and CRM usageCustomer Handling·Ensure excellent customer experience from first call to booking confirmation·Guide team on understanding customer needs (budget, destination, dates) and pitching suitable packages·Oversee follow-ups on WhatsApp/email to maximize conversionsProcess & Reporting·Maintain and review CRM/Excel data for leads, follow-ups, and closures·Share daily sales reports, conversion ratios, and pipeline status with management·Improve sales scripts, processes, and follow-up strategiesRequired Skills & Qualifications·3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales / Travel Sales / Holiday Packages·Strong Hindi communication skills (English proficiency is a plus)·Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets·Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills·Comfortable with high calling volume and fast-paced sales environment·Proficient in WhatsApp, email, Excel, and CRM systemsPreferred Background·Experience with travel agencies, OTAs, holiday package sales, or destination sales·Prior experience in domestic or international holiday sales·Exposure to performance-driven incentive structures
