The Manager- Risk Advisory will oversee the development and implementation of risk management strategies, perform risk assessments, and evaluate internal controls for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audits, identifying potential business risks, recommending solutions for mitigating risks, and advising clients on compliance-related matters. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of risk management frameworks will also be essential to this role.Essentials: Candidate with a right mindset to grow with the firm. Ability of multi-task, challenge the status-quo, quick learnersRole: Execute internal audits and risk-based process reviews for major financial institutions Manage the full Internal Audit lifecycle, including audit planning, scope definition, checklist preparation, execution, and reporting. Develop and maintain a Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) for Financial Services clients, ensuring that relevant risks are mapped to expected control frameworks. Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory standards, developing risk assessment frameworks for audits.Requirements: Ideally an MBA/CA with 5-8 years of experience in Consulting /Big 4s/Accounting Firms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating independence in audit execution and reporting.
