We are proud to be featured in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2025- Delhi NCR Edition for our innovation and rapid growth.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager – Content Marketing to lead 360° content initiatives across CRM, SEO, social media, video, and brand communication. The role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset to drive measurable growth in traffic, engagement, and conversions.This role is ideal for someone who has scaled content for digital-first or consumer brands, led mid-to-large teams, and can balance strategy with execution.1. Content Strategy & PlanningOwn and drive 360° content marketing strategy across CRM, SEO, social media, video, and brand platforms.Define content pillars, keyword strategies, and messaging frameworks aligned with business and growth goals.Ensure consistent, high-quality brand communication across all user touchpoints.2. CRM & Lifecycle MarketingLead CRM content across Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Emailers, App Banners, and website.Optimize content for different user cohorts to improve engagement, retention, and reactivation.Drive improvements in open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics through testing and optimization.3. SEO & Organic GrowthScale blog and organic content to drive sustained traffic growth and improved rankings.Work on on-page SEO, content optimization, interlinking, and keyword mapping.Use tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Keyword Planner to track performance and refine strategy.4. Social Media & Brand ContentOwn content strategy and execution for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Build and manage content calendars, campaigns, and platform-specific narratives.Track and analyze impressions, engagement, and performance to maximize reach and ROI.Collaborate with design, video, and external partners to ensure quality and consistency.5. Team Leadership & People ManagementLead and mentor content team, including in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers.Set clear ownership, ensure quality delivery, and manage performance and timelines.Build strong content processes, reviews, and feedback loops.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with CRM, Growth, SEO, Product, Design, Brand, Sales, and Partnerships teams.Ensure content supports campaigns, launches, and product priorities end-to-end.Act as a key stakeholder in planning and execution discussions.7. Data, Analytics & OptimizationTrack and analyze key metrics such as CTR, open rates, traffic, bounce rate, session time, and conversions.Use insights to continuously optimize content, formats, and channels.Present performance summaries and actionable insights to leadership.Tools & Platforms CRM & Marketing: CleverTap, AppsFlyer ( Optional) Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner ( Optional) Content & Campaign Management: CMS, social platforms, CRM dashboardsQualifications & SkillsBachelors of Engineering / Medicine / Science / Maths / Economics / Stats / Psychology3-6 yrs of business growth / marketing experience.Atleast 2 yrs of marketing experience in paid marketing, organic brand marketing or category marketingExperience in FMCG, consumer brand, consumer tech, health, wellness industries preferred. Must have had experience with digital first consumer business.Excellent creative ideation & writing skills. Ability to craft narratives that resonate.Hands-on experience with SEO, social media platforms, and content performance analytics.Strong analytical skills - Data forward decision making on brand and media. Clear fundamentals on reading/ implementing research (qual and quant) insights on category development, customer journey and media effectiveness.Easily consumes consumer insights, market research data from category team & converts learning into meaningful exciting content & campaigns.Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind towards business problems.Independent dealing with multiple internal & external parties to achieve goals.Strong bias towards action & hustle.Excited about building a long term brand & making organic media a strong arm of the brand.Work Location: Udyog Vihar - Sector 18, Gurgaon
