The role focuses on process reviews, internal controls, and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal audits of operational, inventory, procurement, and store processesReview internal controls and identify gaps or risksPrepare audit reports with findings and recommendationsFollow up on audit observations and corrective actionsSupport risk assessments and process improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulationsLevel:Specialist: 3+ Years Associate: 4+ Years Senior Associate: 6+Years Requirements:Any graduateMinimum 3+ years of internal audit experience (Non-FS)Experience in manufacturing and/or retail preferredGood understanding of internal controls and audit proceduresBasic knowledge of ERP systems and MS ExcelStrong analytical and communication skills
