Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Legal Executive (IP, Patents, Trademarks & Compliance) to manage and protect the organization’s intellectual property assets. The role includes handling patents, trademarks, copyrights, compliance, and legal drafting. Candidates with experience working in technology, AI, or software environments will be preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Intellectual Property & Patent Management Draft, file, and manage trademark, patent, and copyright applications. Conduct patentability assessments, prior art searches, and infringement analyses. Maintain renewal schedules and compliance deadlines. Monitor unauthorized use or infringement of company IP and initiate corrective actions.2. Legal Drafting & Contract Management Draft, review, and manage contracts including: IP Assignment Agreements Licensing Agreements NDA & Confidentiality Agreements Technology Vendor Contracts Terms of Use & Privacy Policies Ensure that all documents protect the company’s IP, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.3. Regulatory Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to: Indian Patent & IP Laws International IP Protocols (including WIPO Software & Technology Regulatory Frameworks Provide strategic guidance to leadership on compliance and IP protection.4. Coordination & Legal Representation Collaborate with patent attorneys, government authorities, and legal consultants. Support and manage objections, disputes, and litigation as required.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
