Their partnership approach focuses on optimizing production costs, reducing staffing risks, and ensuring timely project deliveries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Intermediate Architect based in Noida. The Intermediate Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing projects, collaborating with team members, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include preparing design documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants, and integrating various architectural and engineering elements within projects.Qualifications- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design - Expertise in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools - Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources - Experience in CAD and BIM tools, with good understanding of design visualization techniques - Excellent communication, collaborative, and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field - Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus - 1-5 years of professional experience in the architecture field
