Location-Gurgaon/BangaloreKey ResponsibilitiesSupport onshore client to execute live M&A, buy-side/sell-side, and capital raising transactions across multiple sectorsLead key workstreams during deal execution, including valuation, due diligence coordination, process management, and preparation of IM and management presentationsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision makersBuild complex financial models including three-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, merger models, accretion/dilution analyses and scenario-based valuation frameworksDraft and review core IB materials such as teasers, CIMs, pitchbooks, board materials and valuation reportsSupport on full lifecycle of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagement across both buy-side and sell-side transactionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Legal, Valuation and Transaction AdvisoryConduct industry, market and competitive landscape to support valuation, strategic analysis and client discussionsDrive idea generation and origination, leveraging market insights and sector knowledge to create new mandatesAffinity for current events, critical issues and relevant newsPrepare client presentations, strategy decks and C-level communication materialsMentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous leaningKey competenciesMBA/ CFA/ CA 8+ years of experience in the Investment banking space, specializing in deal executionStrong analytical expertise with the ability to translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior bankers and clientsExcellent written and spoken communication skills Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power PointWorking knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.Demonstrated success in leading and closing transactionsPrior experience in Deal Strategy / Origination and Execution / Transaction Advisory / Management Consulting preferred
