Job DescriptionJob Title: Director of Delivery & Operations Role Overview The Director of Delivery & Operations will lead end-to-end software product delivery and operational execution, with full accountability forquality, timeliness, cost control, revenue realization, and margins . This role is responsible for ensuring successful software product implementations while optimizing delivery costs, resource utilization, and operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Own and overseeend-to-end deliveryof software product implementations across customers Ensurehigh-quality, on-time deliveryof all software deliverables Driverevenue realizationthrough successful and predictable deliveries Maintain ownership ofdelivery marginsby actively managingcosts, utilization, and efficiency Plan, track, and optimizedelivery costs , including staffing, subcontracting, and operational expenses Establish and monitorKPIssuch as Defect Leakage, Schedule Adherence, SLA Adherence, Resource utilization, efficiency and margins Leadcapacity planningand ensure optimalresource utilization and productivity Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensureseamless execution Identify delivery, financial, and operational risks and implement mitigation plans Define, standardize, and continuously improvedelivery processes, governance models, and best practices Build, mentor, and scalehigh-performingdelivery and operations teams Ensurecustomer satisfactionthrough strong governance, communication, and execution discipline Required Experience & Qualifications 15+ years of experience insoftware delivery, operations, or program management , in asoftware product–based company Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role. US P&C Insurance experience will be preferred. Strong experience leadingsoftware product implementationswith financial accountability Proven track record of managingcosts, revenue, and marginsin delivery organizations.
