Food & Beverage Supervisor China Bistro ChemburJob SummaryThe Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards, managing the service team, and delivering excellent guest satisfaction while supporting the Restaurant Manager.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily food & beverage service operations - Ensure service standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines are followed - Lead, guide, and motivate the service team during shifts - Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly - Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow - Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline standards - Assist in staff training, briefing, and performance monitoring - Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place - Support inventory control, wastage reduction, and cost control - Assist in opening, closing, and shift handover proceduresDesired Candidate Profile- 2–4 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role - Strong leadership and team-handling skills - Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language preferred) - Guest-focused with problem-solving ability - Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidaysEducational Qualification- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred - Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal educationSkills Required- Team supervision & leadership - Guest handling & complaint resolution - Knowledge of food & beverage service standards - Time management & multitasking - Grooming, hygiene & service etiquetteWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to work with a reputed hospitality brand - Professional and growth-oriented work environment - Career advancement opportunities
