In India, Shakti Hörmann provides products such as fire-rated doors, industrial doors, residential doors, and automation systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.Job SummaryTo drive project-based sales by engaging with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients, ensuring our products are specified, approved, and successfully executed in large-scale projects across industries.Key Responsibilities- Engaging with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients - Identify and pursue project opportunities in commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors. - Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project management firms. - Ensure our products are specified in tender documents and project designs. - Generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct technical presentations. - Negotiate contracts and close project sales. - Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery schedules, and execution. - Conduct site visits and understand project requirements. - Provide technical support and product demonstrations. - Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. - Work closely with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline in CRM/ATS. - Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.Educational Qualification:Any Graduate (Engineering Preferable)
