Job Description Lead overall operations of the new sheet metal manufacturing plant Oversee stamping, CNC machining, forging, and electroplating processes Manage production, quality, maintenance, and EHS compliance Build and develop a 250+ member operations team Drive cost optimization, localization, and productivity improvement initiatives Coordinate with design, R&D, and tool room teams for new product launches Implement Lean, TPM, and 5S practices for operational excellence The Successful Applicant A successful Plant Head should have: 15-25 years of experience in automotive or precision sheet metal manufacturing Strong exposure to sheet metal fabrication, plating, and assembly operations Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering Proven ability to lead large-scale manufacturing teams and deliver greenfield projects Good technical depth and structured problem-solving skills Average to good communication skills with strong leadership presence
