Key Responsibilities: Organize appropriate shifts and staffing levels to meet business requirements. Oversee the recovery, inspection, and receipt of inbound stock efficiently. Manage the dispatch of outbound shipments to ensure timely departures. Ensure accurate sorting and optimal loading of all shipments. Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers, completing necessary reports. Ensure adherence to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet all KPIs. Promote safe working practices and participate in quality initiatives (e.g., ISO accreditation). Develop a high-performance service culture within the functional department. Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Warehouse Management System (WMS) skills. Strong communication skills (English, spoken and written). Leadership skills. Customer orientation and planning & organizing abilities. Decision-making and influencing skills.
