Role Description This full-time, on-site role as a Public Policy & Government Affairs Manager is located in New Delhi. The chosen candidate will lead public policy initiatives, engage with government stakeholders, and develop effective government relations strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing policy developments, influencing regulatory frameworks, managing crisis situations, and supporting the business in navigating regulatory and compliance-related challenges. The position also requires the preparation of detailed reports, position papers, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Expertise in Governmental Affairs and Government Relations to build strong networks and navigate regulatory processes effectively.Strong Analytical Skills to assess policy changes, analyze data, and identify implications for business operations.Exceptional Communication and Public Affairs skills to articulate positions, draft persuasive documents, and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.Proven experience in managing policy advocacy and public affairs initiatives is highly advantageous.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance systems in India.Ability to think strategically, handle complex projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Law, or a relevant field.
