We're TORQADORN, a proudly made-in-India label dressing stylish women in fashion-forward clothing. We're hiring for a Paid Search Manager to build and scale our Google Ads presence from the ground up.This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll own the entire paid search ecosystem across all Google platforms - Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube. You will be focused on high-yield returns and measurable outcomes.You have experience at media agencies, or in-house at brands building successful paid search programmes. You have deep expertise in Google Ads and you understand the nuances of additional media buying platforms like Meta, Bing, and other emerging channels.Salary Range: 50-60k INR/monthKey Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing) focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our fashion collections.Scale & Efficiency: Manage significant monthly ad spend with a relentless focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing volume.Funnel Optimisation: Specific focus on the /"click-to-convert/" journey. You will work closely with our in-house developer to optimise landing pages and conversion flows to maximise conversion rates.Data-Driven Testing: Execute continuous A/B tests on ad copy, bid strategies, and audience targeting to identify new pockets of growth.Reporting: Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team. You will monitor customer lifetime value to ensure we are acquiring the right kind of customers.Product Feed Optimisation: Manage and optimise Google Shopping feeds (titles, descriptions, images, custom labels) to maximise product visibility and performance.Creative Development: Develop ad copy and creative briefs that capture TORQADORN's brand personality and resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to ensure visual assets align with campaign objectives.Seasonal Campaign Planning: Plan and execute campaigns for festive periods, wedding season, and new collection launches aligned with the Indian fashion calendar.What We're Looking For:3-5 years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience, specifically in a B2C environment (Direct-to-Consumer, App Growth, or Lead Gen)Advanced campaign management experience required for Paid Search, including the ability to optimise bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data and campaign metricsExpert analytical skills with the ability to forecast and perform data deep dives to surface actionable insightsStrong understanding and application of conversion tracking and pixel managementFoundational understanding of attribution and how certain channels support the overall marketing programmeProficiency in Excel & GA4Deep understanding of the Indian fashion market, seasonal trends, and shopping behavioursSelf-starter who can work independently and drive resultsExperience with Shopify and landing page optimisationNice To Haves:Start-up experience is a plusAgency experience is a plusInterest and knowledge in the fashion industry
