We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales candidate to join our Sales Enablementteam. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting primarily via calling and LinkedIn, leadgeneration, setting up meetings with qualified sales leads, and mentoring young SDRs to performefficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate leads in US through outbound prospecting: primarily cold calling and LinkedInnetworking Research target companies and identify key decision-makers as per Decision-Tree's ICP Assess fit through discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s goals, challenges, andbuying readiness. Schedule meetings and handoff qualified leads to senior sales team (in some cases, you'll handlesales closure yourself, helping you grow within your role) Maintain clean and updated records in the CRM (HubSpot) Ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain a clean, prioritized and healthy sales pipeline everymonth Continuously learn about our service offerings and market positioning Mentor young and early-stage SDRs Eligibility Criteria6-8 years of inside sales experience (ideally in professional services/analytics/consulting),ideally in cold calling. Worked for North American market Excellent communication skills (spoken + written) Ability to handle rejections and high-volume outreach Prior experience working in a target-driven sales environment Bachelor's degree (preferred: English, Mass Communication, PR, Journalism) Willing to relocate to Gurgaon, if not already based here Any managerial experience is a bonus
