Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Mumbai. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Key day-to-day tasks include managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B testing, creating performance reports, and collaborating with the creative team to align marketing efforts with business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive customer acquisition and brand growth.QualificationsExperience in Digital Marketing, PPC Campaign Management, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)Proficiency in Data Analysis, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and A/B TestingStrong skills in Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Ad Manager, and other programmatic advertising platformsKnowledge of Campaign Performance Reporting and Analytical Tools such as Google AnalyticsUnderstanding of Campaign Budgeting, Bid Strategy, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams for optimized campaign contentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldPrevious experience in consumer goods or luxury goods marketing is an advantage
