This role offers an opportunity to learn, grow, and influence Infocepts’ revenue trajectory, while interacting with clients and prospects and representing Infocepts in industry forums through participation and presentations.Location: Pune/Nagpur/Chennai/BangaloreType of Employment: Full time EmploymentKey Result Areas and Activities :Client Engagement & SolutioningAct as a single point of contact to coordinate and drive all new leads – both existing and new customers.Lead early-stage client interactions, including problem framing, solution design, and scoping.Meet prospects and participate in pre-bid meetings to understand user requirements and define proposal response strategy.Translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa, ensuring clarity and alignment.Proposal Development & Bid ManagementDemonstrate thought leadership by identifying win themes and creating differentiated solution pitches that clearly articulate value.Manage proposal response end-to-end – bid management, proposal development, submission, orals, closure, win/loss analysis, and cataloguing artefacts.Craft high-quality proposals, solution documents, and effort estimations.Respond to RFPs/RFIs with well-structured, competitive solutions.Thought Leadership & WorkshopsConduct client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase InfoCepts’ capabilities.Deliver impactful business and technical presentations to clients at all levels.Attend tradeshows and partner events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.Provide market and competitive intelligence periodically.Collaboration & Delivery AlignmentCollaborate with Sales, Practices, and Delivery teams to create winning proposals, estimates, and commercials.Ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices.Provide smooth transition between pre-sales technical work and post-sales delivery.Enhance presales process frameworks and templates to improve response quality and timelines.Create sales collateral (presentations, demos, scripts, and tools) for sales teams.Essential Skills :Experience: 8–12 years in IT services with 3–5 years in presales or solution consulting roles within Data & Analytics.Strong background in Data and AI (DNA) technologies with deep understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.Hands-on experience with at least one BI/Data Management/Analytics tool.Mandatory domain expertise in Retail, Media, or CPG.Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage senior stakeholders.Proven experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs, crafting proposals, and effort estimations.Strong consultative flair and ability to influence decision-making.Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into workable solutions.Advanced PowerPoint skills to articulate solution content visually and textually.Experience presenting solutions and pitches to diverse audiences in person and via collaboration tools.Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and locations.Desirable Skills :Prior experience in leading client workshops and demos.Understanding of pricing models and commercial constructs for data & analytics solutions.Experience creating sales collateral (presentations, demos, scripts).Qualification :Experience: 8–12 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles within the Data and Analytics domain.
