ADMIN OPERATIONS MANAGER (RCBI)Bridgegold is a boutique international advisory firm operating in the residency-by-investment and citizenship-by-investment (RCBI) sector. We work with international high-net-worth individuals and licensed legal partners across multiple jurisdictions. This role sits at the operational core of the business and requires precision, discipline, sound judgment, and absolute discretion.ROLE SUMMARYYou will act as the central operations owner for Bridgegold’s international RCBI client files. Your responsibility is to design, document, and execute all administrative, compliance, and due-diligence workflows related to onboarding and processing high-net-worth clients across multiple RCBI programs. You will coordinate closely with internal commercial teams and external legal partners to ensure every client file progresses accurately, discreetly, and without operational friction. As volumes increase, you will structure, train, and supervise additional operational staff.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES• Own the full operational lifecycle of international RCBI client onboarding, from initial file intake through submission, due-diligence clearance, and post-submission follow-up• Build and maintain end-to-end operational workflows for multiple RCBI programs, covering documentation requirements, sequencing, responsibilities, timelines, and payment stages• Lead and execute all due-diligence preparation and coordination, including document verification, consistency checks, red-flag identification, escalation, and liaison with external due-diligence providers and legal partners• Translate complex program and compliance requirements into clear internal SOPs, checklists, manuals, and operator instructions• Review partner instructions, contracts, pricing structures, and internal procedures to identify inconsistencies, operational risks, or misalignment• Manage client files with a zero-error mindset, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and readiness at every stage• Communicate directly with external legal and compliance partners to confirm requirements, resolve issues, and maintain aligned expectations• Design and maintain onboarding templates, document lists, email flows, application timelines, invoicing logic, and structured file-management systems• Track progress, deadlines, submissions, and payments through internal tracking tools and dashboards• Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring documentation issues, or partner delays and resolve them proactively• Enforce strict confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards across all client files and jurisdictions• Train and supervise additional operators as they join, ensuring consistent adherence to approved SOPs and quality standards• Actively leverage AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, document review, quality control, and workflow efficiencyMANDATORY REQUIREMENTS• Minimum 5 years of hands-on administrative and operations experience in the RCBI industry• Proven experience across BOTH citizenship-by-investment and residency-by-investment workflows• Minimum 5 years of direct involvement in RCBI due-diligence processes, including document verification and red-flag handling• Demonstrated experience onboarding international high-net-worth individuals or family clients• Strong operational judgment and extreme attention to detail; errors are not acceptable in this role• Ability to work remotely, independently, and under sustained pressure• Strong working knowledge of CRMs, document management systems, spreadsheets, and workflow toolsSTRONG ADVANTAGES• Native Arabic speaker with fluent written and spoken English suitable for professional and legal correspondence• Legal education or formal legal training (law degree is a major advantage)• Prior experience working with multiple jurisdictions and law-firm-led submission processes• Advanced, practical use of AI tools in daily operational workCOMPENSATION• Fixed monthly salary of €1.000• Performance-based bonus of up to 20%, linked strictly to execution quality, accuracy, and adherence to approved SOPs• Full-time, long-term roleThis is a fully remote role.
