Diamond Atelier is a New York–headquartered lab-grown diamond company specializing in premium loose diamonds for B2B clients across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are building our own jewelry brand in New York. Our manufacturing factories are located in Surat, and we have supporting creative and operational teams in Mumbai (Andheri West) and Delhi. We are looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Software Tester (QA) who can ensure our websites, dashboards, and digital tools work smoothly without bugs.If you love finding issues before users do and enjoy improving product quality, this role is for you.What You’ll DoTest websites, admin panels, internal tools, and customer platformsIdentify bugs, UI issues, broken flows, and performance problemsWrite clear bug reports with screenshots/videos and steps to reproduceWork closely with developers and the product team to fix issues quicklyPerform regression testing after every update or feature releaseEnsure a smooth user experience across mobile, desktop, and different browsersMaintain test cases and documentation for major flowsSkills We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience as a QA / Software TesterStrong knowledge of manual testing (UI, functionality, UX flow testing)Understanding of SDLC & bug lifecycleGood communication skills (you’ll coordinate between teams)Experience in e-commerce or website testing is a plusBonus Skills (Good to Have)Basic API testing (Postman)
