For our HR Shared Services based in Pune, we are hiring a candidate for Lead HR Governance and Audit role.Job Location : Karvenagar, PuneDepartment : HRSSCExperience Required : 10 + yearsEducation: MBA or equivalent in HRJob Descriptions :To study & document all HRSSC processes while defining the process risks, controls & accountability vertical wise and defining the process risks, controls, accountabilities.Identify the processes, key audit indicators tracking and variations to support data accuracy and process complianceConduct regular audits of HR practices, policies, and procedures to ensure completion with legal and regulatory requirements.Identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for improvement.Develop and implement effective internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.Develop and implement measures to ensure HR data integrity, privacy, and security.Setting up and auditing data for payroll processes for data accuracy and timely payoutCollaborate with HR business partners to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.Work with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any audit findings.To ensure due diligence inspection facilitates a seamless operation for all HRSSC processes.Track and report on HR audit findings and provide recommendations to HR leadership.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of audit resultsPartner with the HRSSC vertical heads for conducting periodic checks and validations to ensure corrective actions taken & minimizing errorsProvide evidences for pre-identified controls by Internal audit team through Fiori portalRepresent HRSSC for all Internal & External Audits to provide system walkthrough & evidences by coordinating with different stakeholdersWorking closely with HRSSC Tech team for system developments and GovernanceCollaborating with all HRSSC vertical heads/teams from governance perspectiveCore Competencies, Knowledge, ExperienceStakeholder ManagementExperience in managing Audit & Governance related activitiesExperience in conducting process auditsAttention for detailsRelative Analytical AbilityCritical Thinking ability Must have technical / professional qualificationsMaster's Degree in HR/ ManagementPrior experience of managing SAP with user/employee perspectiveInterpersonal skills for stakeholder managementOrientation & Presentation SkillsCommunication skills (Written & Verbal)Prior work exposure to SAP system/HR Shared Services Mechanism Stake HoldersHRSSC Team LeadsCorporate CoE TeamsCluster HR TeamCorp Functional Teams i.e. Finance, IT, Internal Audit
