Essential duties and responsibilities include:a. Fabrication and Manufacturing: Fabrication of Internal prosthetic implant under clean room conditionsb. Documentation and Reporting:c. Preparing comprehensive reports, filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and documenting all production-related activities.d. Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stability protocols, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, and maintaining thorough documentation of analyses.e. Handling of equipment such as Lyophilizers, blister machines, microscope, etc.f. Data Analysis: Data collection and analysis of the data as per the established protocolg. Testing and Evaluation: Testing and analysis of medical devices in vitro and in vivo.h. Strategic Planning: Documentation and strategizing future developmental R&D work Essential Qualifications and experience:a. Pursuing postgraduate with M-Tech/M Sc/PhD. with experience or soon-to-be postgraduate with related research work in a relevant discipline like Biomedical sciences / Biotechnology/ or equivalent.b. Experience in manufacturing of biomaterials/biotechnology/biomedical productsc. A true team player with Experience in experimental planning and coordination of various operations for streamlined researchd. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.e. Strong work ethics, eagerness to learn and passion for research3.
