Job DescriptionSEO ManagerWe are looking to recruit a SEO Manager - where the purpose of this role is to maintain thecompany's strong organic search presence globally and drive further growth and efficienciesfrom the channel.This role requires a strong understanding of international SEO to firstly identify growthopportunities and then prioritise initiatives according to effort and impact. You’ll use yourinfluencing skills to progress ideas through to execution and thereafter gathering insightsabout performance and providing a constant feedback loop to share learnings, buildmomentum and replicate successes by rolling out improvements across Finvasia’s multipleproducts and platformsResponsibilities in the role:● Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategiesfor international SEO campaigns● Showing a deep understanding of how search engines and web crawlers work. Anability to translate this into actionable SEO recommendations.● Understanding HTTP status codes, redirects and site issues.● Solving complex indexation and crawlability issues, giving recommendations toimprove SEO performance.● Strong understanding of mobile SEO and its key factors.● Giving detailed site architecture and URL structure recommendations usingappropriate tools and techniques.● Recommending best practice on-page SEO improvements - markup, header tags,titles, cross-links etc.● Overseeing the execution of the direct off-page optimization projects (e.g.link-building)● Strong understanding of international SEO and key ranking factors: TLDs / URLstructure / hreflang etc● Utilizing keyword research tools to understand target markets.● Reporting and measurement● Leveraging analytics and competitor monitoring tools to uncover growth opportunitiesand determining how new SEO trends are translated into workable solutions for thebusiness.● Developing ways to track and monitor search performance in multiple search enginesand regions.● Defining key metrics that drive SEO performance and translating these intomeaningful objectives for the team● Displaying a strong understanding of ROI for SEO campaigns. Prioritizing quick winswhere possible.Requirements:● 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering world-class, globalSEO results● Enjoys and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment● Pragmatic, results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects● Have global SEO experience, not just single-country experience● Mastery of various marketing attribution tools and systems.
