This role is critical to ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to booking while supporting the sales team with accurate data and coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & CRM OperationsHandle inbound enquiries and route leads to the appropriate sales team membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemTrack lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversionsGuest & Site Office ManagementWelcome walk-in clients and coordinate with sales executives for meetingsManage guest registration, site visit scheduling, and follow-up coordinationEnsure a professional and organised site office experience for clientsEvent & Administrative SupportAssist in planning and executing sales events, launches, and broker meetsCoordinate vendor requirements, guest lists, invitations, and post-event follow-upsSupport documentation, booking forms, and internal coordination with legal and finance teamsReporting & CoordinationPrepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, site visits, and bookingsCoordinate closely with sales, marketing, and channel partner teamsEnsure timely communication with clients regarding next stepsCandidate Profile1+ year of experience in CRM, pre-sales, or customer coordination in real estateFamiliarity with CRM tools and strong MS Excel skillsGood communication and client-handling skillsOrganised, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitaskingWillingness to work at site offices and during events
