Job SummaryThe Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations to support digital marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and client communications. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and digital marketing requirements to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaignsCreate animated content for social media, websites, digital advertisements, presentations, and video platformsCollaborate with creative, marketing, and client service teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutionsEnsure brand consistency across all motion graphic assets for agency and client brandsEdit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effectsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standardsPrepare final assets in required formats optimized for various digital platformsStay updated on motion design trends, animation techniques, and digital media best practicesRevise and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and clientsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field2–4 years of professional experience in motion graphics or video design, preferably in a digital marketing agencyProficiency in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and PhotoshopStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and animation principlesExperience creating content for social media and digital advertising platformsAbility to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging motion visuals
