C S Direkt is seeking a senior, execution-first General Manager – Projects to lead delivery of large-scale government and corporate projects across museums, experience centres, exhibitions, light & sound shows, and immersive public installations. This role carries end-to-end ownership of projects from post-award handover to final commissioning, with full accountability for timelines, quality, budgets, and stakeholder management.The role requires strong command over multi-disciplinary project execution, including design coordination, content and technology integration, fabrication, site execution, vendor management, and statutory compliances. You will work closely with clients, consultants, PMCs, government officials, and internal creative, tech, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution and on-ground problem solving. Driving rigor in project planning, risk management, cost control, and reporting is non-negotiable.We are looking for a leader with 12–18+ years of experience handling complex, high-value projects in museums, exhibitions, experiential installations, infrastructure-adjacent environments, or allied domains, with proven capability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously.
