Greetings from TCS!TCS is hiring for AS400 (RPG/400)Desired Experience Range: 3 to 7 YearsJob Location: PUNE/ BANGALOREMust-HaveMinimum 3- 7 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with another vendor and Project ImplementationKnowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of developmentReasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.Should have good English communication and experience in multi culture work environment.Good-to-HaveExperience in Insurance domain (preferred in Life insurance domain)Can work as part of the larger team to ensure satisfactory deliveries.Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.Self-motivated, flexible, responsible and a desire for quality
